Mr. Sudhir Agarwal has been the driving force behind News World India’s success for over 28 years, overseeing all aspects of business and planning. Mr. Sudhir Agarwal has had a long and successful career in the publishing industry, spanning over 28 years with his current employer. He is responsible for developing their vision as well as making sure they are performing to expected standards by monitoring business plans and performance of company goals on a regular basis. In order to do this, he oversaw multiple states, three languages, one pan-India presence all while continuing door-to-door contact launches that led newspapers from day 1 into being No1 nationwide within the segment.

Mr. Girish Agarwal has been the Chairman of INS since 2005 and is one of the youngest to have held this title in Madhya Pradesh, India. Mr. Piyush Pandey (64 years) is a veteran of advertising with over 36 years experience in the industry and three Grand Prizes at London International Advertising Awards to his name so far. He has served as Executive Chairman for Ogilvy India since 2007, Worldwide Chief Creative Officer from January 2019 onwards, and was one-time creative director when he worked for O&M between 1984 – 1996 before returning back there again after two decades later in November 2015.
In recognition of his distinguished service in the field, Prasoon Pandey was awarded a Padma Shri award by India’s President. He also received two Clio Lifetime Achievement Awards and the prestigious Lion of St. Mark at Cannes International Festival for Creativity awards from France! In 1958, Dainik Bhaskar launched its debut edition of Hindi daily in Bhopal. This decade was the time for printing technology leap as they installed India’s first Web Offset machine and became a leader in MPCG by 1981 through responsible reporting engaging editorial content and superlative printing.
The Indian Express
In 1968, “Dainik Bhaskar” launched their debut English newspaper called “The Indian Express” targeted at an international audience due to the increasing number of visitors from outside India with diverse needs. Launch Of Divya Bhaskar
The Group launches Divya Bhaskar in Surat, Gujarat’s 2nd largest city on 28th March 2004. Later that July they introduce the daily to Maharashtra and their first Hindi magazine “AHA! Zindagi” is introduced just a few months later on 12th September 2004. The following month (September) saw them consolidating its Gujarati business with its 60-year old highest circulated newspaper of Gujarat – Saurashtra Samachar through an acquisition.”
Launching Of Radio FM By Dainik Bhaskar Hindustan
In April 2005, D. B. Corp Ltd is granted the license to launch its radio business in 17 stations under subsidiary Synergy Media Entertainment Ltd with My FM offering potential advertisers an integrated advertising solution across 17 cities after the huge success of AHA! Zindagi in Gujarati broke the language barrier for those who speak Hindi and cannot read or write it beautifully fluently like other languages such as English and Marathi.
The Group has made many recent moves in the digital world by launching DB Digital, a subsidiary company. The group launched its first radio station My FM on 28th May 2006 and it was their foray into this new medium of broadcasting media. They had acquired Divya Bhaskar’s Rajkot edition on 1st November 2006 to expand their readership base at that location as well.
In 2005, DB Group established a digital arm with IMCL as its subsidiary. The group launched My FM in 2006 and Dainik Bhaskar Hindustan in Punjab in the same year. It also introduced Divya Bhaskar to Rajkot readers that same November day.
The newspaper Divya Bhaskar becomes the first Gujarati paper to have 7 or more editions in a state. They launch their Bhuj edition on July 30th, 2007 and after that, they launched an English version of themselves called ‘DNA’ which was released November 14th, 2007 by Dainik Bhaskar Hindustan Corp Ltd. On December 15th, 2017, with the group’s expansion into Ludhiana as well as strengthening its position in Punjab (India), it also debuted throughout Jodhpur under MY FM-14 Indian cities!
In 2008, Dainik Bhaskar Group launched its 17th radio station: Pali. The next year in June of 2009, they began an expansion campaign with the launch of their Nagaur and Ratlam editions followed by the Shimla edition on December 6th, 2010. They’re now expanding into Madhya Pradesh as well!

In July 2008, the Group launches a national campaign ‘Zid Karo, Duniya badlo championed by MS Dhoni to celebrate 50 years of Dainik Bhaskar Hindustan. Over the next few months in 2009, they continue investing massively in their printing infrastructure and install German-imported KBA printers at Jaipur and Ahmedabad locations with state-of-the-art technology machines for higher quality print production.

2010 A year Of Success For Dainik Bhaskar
2010 was a year of success for Dainik Bhaskar Hindustan. Its stock rose as high as $2 in January, and it expanded to Jharkhand on the 22nd with 1,35000 copies sold by day one. By October they launched their first edition outside India: “Dainik Bhaskar” started publishing in Jammu on the 18th of that month – yet another milestone reached! They also opened an office here on December 12th, 2010 which will be followed up soon enough with its own initial print run numbering around 500000 books per issue.

2011 was a big year for D.B.
